The company, appearing in Booth C3341, will also highlight its newly branded One Connect WebRTC matrix intercom platform. Formerly known as VCOM under the Intracom brand, One Connect has been a software-based matrix solution for more than 15 years. IPC acquired Intracom in late 2024.
One Link features electro-acoustical echo cancellation and supports point-to-points, party lines, fixed groups and IFBs. The system includes a touchscreen interface and four programmable physical smart buttons. It is available in a compact desktop form factor or a 1U rackmount version, One Link Studio, designed as a replacement for legacy keypanels.
The platform also includes Xander, an AI communications assistant optimized for matrix intercoms. Xander performs administrative tasks and facilitates system configuration via voice or text commands, while providing 24/7 technical support.

The One Connect platform supports offline or on-premises operation as well as cloud-hosted, self-managed communications. IPC also offers a turnkey hosting option for teams preferring a managed experience.
