
The restaurant claims a 2,219-square-foot space at Mercer on One, positioned at 3349 Brunswick Pike where Route 1 meets Darrah Lane. It sits wedged between Liu Yi Shou Hotpot and House of Biryanis and Kebabs — the same strip center that houses Olive Garden.
This fast-casual eatery dishes out Nashville-style hot chicken slathered in honey-infused sauces. Sandwiches, nuggets, tenders, wraps, buttermilk fried chicken, salads, waffle fries, and sides fill out the menu. Brussel sprouts drizzled with hot honey and parm are a crowd favorite.
Every piece arrives fresh, never frozen. The company’s website makes that promise. Diners choose from six spice tiers: no spice, mild, medium, hot, what the cluck, and cluck off.
This marks the brand’s debut in Mercer County. Wall, Middletown, Freehold, Westfield, and Oceanport already host New Jersey outposts.
“Mercer on One continues to attract premier dining and retail concepts, further establishing itself as a key destination for the Greater Trenton area,” Federal Realty said in a statement, per Patch.
Federal Realty Investment Trust owns the property. The shopping center once went by Mercer Mall.
The company broadcast the opening across social media. “WHO’S READY?! Lawrenceville, NJ, we’re coming for you,” the post read.
Grand opening festivities kick off at 11 a.m. Saturday.
