Shenandoah Valley recognizes February Student of the Month
SHENANDOAH – The Shenandoah Valley High School is recognizing their February Student of the Month.
Emily Morales received the honor and will be recognized at the next school board meeting.
She is a co-captain of the marching band color guard, president of the Drama Club and Art Club, and has been part of the marching band, county band, jazz band, county jazz band, county chorus, and Tri-M Music Honors Society, among others.
Her interests, she says, are stretching out her creativity and psychology, with interests in musical theater, animation, story writing, and character design.
She plans to attend either Johnson College or Penn State’s two-year radiology program and become an MRI radiology technician. She also plans to do musical theater on the side.
In the community, she helps out with a local firehouse during events and bingo.
