Rockford to consider transforming mobile home park into RV community

Rockford city officials will consider a proposal to transform a long-standing South Main Street mobile home park into a modern, long-term RV and fifth-wheel community, called Rock River Yards, to provide affordable housing for tradespeople, traveling workers, and residents.
