Utah Scientific enlarged its Technology Partner Program, adding integrations from Audinate, Bitfocus and Skaarhoj to enhance hybrid SDI and IP workflows for broadcasters and AV customers.

The new additions build on the company’s focus on interoperability, allowing organizations to incorporate emerging technologies while maintaining existing tools and workflows.

“We are always looking for ways to help customers build hybrid systems that blend the best of SDI and IP,” Brett Benson, Utah Scientific CEO, said. “These new integrations make it even easier for organizations to streamline operations, reduce system complexity, and adapt their workflows as production demands evolve.”

Through the partnership with Audinate, Utah Scientific is implementing native Dante audio I/O within its routers. This removes the need for external MADI-to-Dante conversion and supports IP audio routing for engineers.

“By integrating Dante’s AoIP technology into their hybrid SDI and IP workflows, broadcasters can now have a solid ‘best-of-both-worlds’ solution,” Joshua Rush, Audinate CMO, said.

Bitfocus is introducing interoperability with its Buttons facility-wide control platform, allowing Utah Scientific routers to be automated alongside other devices in hybrid environments.

The addition of Skaarhoj expands control surface options by enabling the Skaarhoj AirFly Pro to function as a desktop control alternative. Kasper Skårhøj, Skaarhoj CEO, said the collaboration creates a “native and intuitive control experience.”

The company’s partner ecosystem also includes Apantac, Arista, Embrionix and Norwia. NETGEAR also supports the program with its M4350 switch family for ST 2110 buildouts.

“Partnering with a provider of routing like Utah Scientific allows us to deliver preconfigured solutions,” John Henkel, NETGEAR product marketing director, said.
