Save on The Super Mario Bros. Movie on 4K at Amazon Ahead of Its Sequel
We’re just a few weeks away from the release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (April 1, if you want to mark your calendar for it), which means now is a great time to rewatch The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
If you don’t own it yet, but a rewatch is something you definitely want to do before the sequel lands, Amazon’s dropped the price of its 4K down to just $12.99 (see it here). It’s currently marked as a limited-time deal, though, so now is the time to make a move on it before its price goes back up.
This 4K comes with some great bonus features as well. Here’s what comes with this edition of the film, alongside its 4K, Blu-ray, and digital copy:
We thought the film was an absolute delight as well. IGN’s Tom Jorgensen reviewed it back when it released and called it, “a fireball of animated fantasy. Mario, Luigi, and Peach’s adventure delights with its infectious energy and smart implementations of video game callbacks, and the top-shelf animation renders the Mushroom Kingdom as an Oz-like wonderland that begs to be explored in the inevitable sequels that will follow.”
With Mario Day having landed earlier this week on March 10, it’s been quite an eventful time filled with exciting deals and announcements for Mario fans. As far as announcements go, movie ticket preorders officially went live for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, and there’s also been a wide variety of Mario-related deals popping up. Mainly, some great gaming deals: Have a look at our Mario Day 2026 rundown to see which game deals are still live, and pick up your favorites.
