New Illinois program helps first-time homebuyers with up to $15,000

The Illinois Housing Development Authority has launched IHDAccess Home, a program providing up to $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible first-time homeowners, as part of Gov. JB Pritzker’s proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
