Whiskey Myers Announces New Batch Of Summer Tour Dates Featuring Southall & The Record CompanyGearing up for a busy summer on the road.

For all intents and purposes, Whiskey Myers has become one of the quintessential bands in today’s new crop of country-rock bands. While the likes of Koe Wetzel, Treaty Oak Revival, The Red Clay Strays, 49 Winchester and more have all experienced a whole lot of success the last few years, the East Texas band somewhat laid the blueprint for them.

It should go without saying that they’ve been one of the forefathers of this modern southern rock renaissance we’ve seen pop up over the past few years, beginning all the way back in 2011 with their debut album, Firewater, which features their smash hit, “Broken Window Serenade” as well as other career staples such as “Ballad Of A Southern Man” and “Virginia.”

2025, in particular, has been quite a big year for them. After a three-year album hiatus, they returned with the release of arguably their most genre-pushing project to date, the Jay Joyce-produced Whomp Whack Thunder, which not only drew high praise from fans and critics alike but also produced career-best tracks such as “Rowdy Days” and “Icarus.”

As time passes, it looks like 2026 is going to be even bigger.

In case you missed it, back in January, they announced that they will be hitting the road in 2026 with none other than The Black Crowes on a massive, 40-show joint tour aptly titled, Southern Hospitality, from May to August. For most bands, this could have easily been the only batch of shows for the year; however, this is Whiskey Myers we’re talking about.

Not to be outdone, this morning, they announced ANOTHER batch of 14 headlining shows in addition to the Southern Hospitality Tour.

Running somewhat in tandem with the Southern Hospitality Tour, the new set of headlining dates will begin on May 22nd in Robinsonville, Mississippi, before wrapping up on September 11th in Camdenton, Missouri. Along the way, Whiskey Myers will be hitting the likes of Las Vegas, Wichita, Reno, Little Rock and more.

As for openers, they’ll once again be calling upon the severely underrated Southall, who is also appearing with them for the Black Crowes dates, for a majority of the new shows. Additionally, blues-rock band, The Record Company, will be appearing as support for multiple shows in September.

Presale for the new dates begins tomorrow, March 10th at 10 a.m. CST for members of Whiskey Myers’ fan club and Facebook group, with additional presale opportunities for Spotify, Ticketmaster, Citi Bank and more starting on Thursday, March 12th. Finally, general sale will open to the public on Friday, March 13th at 10 a.m. CST.
