Chicago man receives 6-month jail sentence for Rockford shooting

Giovanny Guillen Gonzalez, 38, of Chicago, was sentenced to 6 months in jail for aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm after he and two other men were suspected of firing a weapon in Rockford in July 2025.
