As part of the transition, Philipp Lawo is stepping down from the management board to join the company’s supervisory board. The move is intended to strengthen corporate compliance by more clearly separating management and control functions.
The Lawo management board now consists of Dunn; Claus Gärtner, Lawo CFO; Andreas Hilmer, Lawo CMO; Christian Lukic, Lawo CSCO; Phil Myers, Lawo CTO; and Ulrich Schnabl, Lawo COO.
Michael Sonnabend, Supervisory Board chairman, said the changes reaffirm confidence in the management structure. “This transition ensures the company’s continued stability as we look to the future,” he said.
Under the management team, the company has transformed into a provider of IP- and IT-based audio and video media infrastructure solutions.
“This management team has consistently demonstrated its ability to define, execute and deliver on the company’s long-term strategy,” Sonnabend said.
Philipp Lawo will continue supporting the company’s development. He will be responsible for the strategic direction of the entire Lawo Group.
“Our goal is to ensure that Lawo continues to build on its strong foundations while pursuing a sustainable and robust growth model,” Sonnabend said. “The supervisory board has full trust in jamie dunn and the entire management team.”
