Rare book on African American settlers in Rockford back in circulation

The Rockford Public Library has reprinted “African-Americans in Early Rockford” by Dr. John Mollyneaux, 25 years after the original print run disappeared, to provide a comprehensive look at the city’s history and highlight those previously ignored in local narratives.
