Harrison man killed in 3-vehicle accident in Harrison

A Harrison man was killed Monday in a three-vehicle accident in Harrison. The victim was identified as 70-year-old William G. Elting. One of the other drivers, 54-year-old Eric G. Kirk of Bolivar, Missouri, was injured and taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment.According to the report from the Harrison Police Department, the accident happened when Elting pulled onto the highway and collided with Kirk’s vehicle. Kirk’s vehicle then struck a third vehicle.The crash happened Monday morning at 8:35 on U.S. Highway 62/65 in Harrison.
