    INTERVIEW: Extreme Horse Skijoring at Canterbury Park 

Canterbury Park in Shakopee is taking skiing to the next level later this month with extreme horse skijoring.

Taking place Saturday and Sunday, February 21-22, extreme horse skijoring features teams of horses and riders racing down a snowy course while pulling skiers through gates, obstacles, and jumps.

Performers will execute freestyle tricks as they compete for prizes and glory.
