    INTERVIEW: Hell’s Kitchen Hotcakes for a Helluva Cause 

A Minneapolis restaurant is stepping up to help other small businesses in need.

Hell’s Kitchen is hosting hotcakes for a helluva cause, an effort to help fundraise for Mercado Central, a marketplace of 35 businesses at the corner of Lake Street and Bloomington Avenue in Minneapolis.

Arrive between 9 am and 2 pm at Hell’s Kitchen on February 16 for a delicious community Pancake Breakfast and help raise funds to save The Mercado Central Cooperative.
