Bloomington Convention Center skybridge takes shape over South College Avenue

Traffic/sidewalk impacts:
Phase 2 (Skybridge install): S. College is closed/limited south of 3rd St., with traffic control in place through Feb. 12, 2026. Vehicle detour: Rogers St. Pedestrian detour: Walnut St. and 2nd St.

Phase 3 (Sidewalk/curb work): Starting Feb. 13, the east southbound lane of S. College is scheduled to close for pedestrian diversion and curb/sidewalk demolition and reconstruction, continuing through June 26, 2026.
