Alderman Hoffman leads reconsideration of McDonald’s incentive

The Rockford City Council voted to reconsider a previously approved $200,000 incentive for a proposed McDonald’s on the city’s West Side. The motion to revisit the investment was introduced by 8th Ward Alderman Karen Hoffman.
