Boone County Sheriff releases updated Most Wanted list

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has released an updated list of individuals currently wanted on outstanding warrants. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating the individuals listed below, who are wanted on charges ranging from theft and drug offenses to contempt and failure to pay child support.

Kelly Joe Davis, is wanted on a bench warrant for Revocation of Suspended Sentence for Charges of Possession of Meth or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Insurance Required, Tail Lamps and Reflectors, Driving While License Canceled Suspended or Revoked and Improper Use of Evidences or Registration. Davis’ last known address is in Harrison. He is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall weighing approximately 140 pounds. There is no bond set for Kelly Joe Davis.

Shanna Lea Bolin, also know as Shanna Lea Dickey, Shanna Lea Foy, Shanna Lea Newsom, Dickey Shanna, Newsom Lea Shanna, Dickey Lea Shannon, is wanted on a body for non-payment of child support. Bolin’s last known address is in Everton. She is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 130 approximately 130 pounds. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
