19-year-old, 2 juveniles arrested for ‘serious assault’ near Crow Wing County

Authorities arrested three people for an incident near the Mille Lacs and Crow Wing County line for a reported assault.

According to the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a “serious assault” that occurred just before midnight Friday night, south of Garrison.

While details about the incident are scarce, the sheriff’s office said a 20-year-old man was found during a traffic stop in Mille Lacs County. The man was found injured and flown to a hospital; the sheriff’s office said the man’s current condition is unknown.

A search warrant was executed at a residence on Edgewater Circle in Crow Wing County, resulting in the arrest of three people: two juveniles and a 19-year-old man.

The investigation is ongoing.
