Governance frameworks must adapt as models change, regulations evolve, and new use cases emerge. Static policies quickly become obsolete.

A global financial services firm developed an AI-based fraud detection system in under three months. In controlled pilots, the model performed exceptionally well. However, enterprise rollout took significantly longer.

Governance challenges, not technical gaps, drove the delays:
