Over 60 Minnesota CEOs call for de-escalation and for local and federal leaders to work together

A letter from the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, signed by over 60 Minnesota businesses, calls for de-escalating tensions in the state.

Signed by the CEOs of major businesses in Minnesota, the letter called for an “immediate de-escalation of tensions and for state, local and federal officials to work together.”

The plea comes a day after federal agents shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, the second fatal shooting of a Minnesota resident in three weeks by federal agents.
