OTB will occupy eight lots on Second Street between Combes and McLean, in Cotter’s downtown entertainment district. Interested artisans and entrepreneurs can apply for space at www.outsidetheboxcotter.com.
The idea came from Nazarenko’s desire to create a unique, affordable retail space that fits Cotter’s culture. His wife, Cammy, designed the plaza, taking inspiration from quilt squares to ensure it’s visually appealing from both the ground and above.

The developers say the plaza will bring new life to downtown Cotter, supporting economic growth while providing a destination for locals and visitors alike. The exact date of the grand “unboxing” will be announced closer to opening.
