Outdoor events scheduled for Thursday and Friday at the St. Paul Winter Carnival have been cancelled due to windchills, organizers announced.

Thursday’s Kick-off to Carnival has been postponed, and Friday’s ice bar has been cancelled altogether.

Carnival organizers say events on Saturday and Sunday are still on, as winds are expected to subside by then.
