Amid concerns of rising costs across the country, Minnesotans will be relieved to hear that the Great Minnesota Get-Together will not see a price hike this year.
In a statement released Sunday, the governing body of the State Fair, the Minnesota State Agricultural Society board, announced it had voted to keep ticket and parking prices the same as in 2025.
At the same time, the board approved a $67 million investment to improve the State Fairgrounds and programs.
“We remain focused on delivering a great day at the fair while being thoughtful stewards of this storied treasure,” State fair CEO Renee Alexander said. “Minnesotans care deeply about their State Fair, and our approach is to make smart investments that honor tradition, set the standard for high-value, high-quality experiences, and ensure the fair’s continued relevance and significance for generations.”
