    INTERVIEW: St. Paul Winter Carnival 

St. Paul is just days away from the 140th year of the St. Paul Winter Carnival.

The long-standing tradition of St. Paul has brought joy and excitement to residents as they celebrate the winter season.

While the carnival isn’t here quite yet, preparations are being made at the Minnesota Fairgrounds with the snow stomp, where residents help pack blocks of snow for the snow sculpting contest.
