AdLarge Acquires Inlet Media, Appoints Patrick Cedrowski CTO & Brian Egan VP-Head of Product
AdLarge, a global audio advertising and podcast creator monetization company, today acquired the assets of Inlet Media Inc., a technology platform the company has used for nearly two years to onboard, distribute and monetize audio and video content through its AI-powered podcast and creator workflows.

As part of the transaction, Patrick Cedrowski, co-founder of Inlet Media, has been named chief technology officer of AdLarge and the fwd. network, marking the first CTO appointment across the organization. Brian Egan, co-founder of Inlet Media and longtime AdLarge and fwd. network team member, has been promoted to vice president and head of product, where he will lead product strategy and execution across the company’s expanding creator and advertiser technology stack.

The Inlet platform has already been deeply integrated into the AdLarge and fwd. network infrastructure, “enabling seamless onboarding, distribution and monetization of video and multimedia content through existing podcast and creator workflows,” AdLarge says, adding: “The acquisition positions the combined ecosystem to significantly expand revenue opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and deliver more powerful, performance-driven tools for creators and advertisers alike.”

Cedrowski says: “Bringing Inlet’s technology in-house will enable us to develop it in a more integrated way. Now we can accelerate innovation, scale faster, and build a more connected, data-driven ecosystem for creators and advertisers. AdLarge and the fwd. network have an incredible foundation, and I’m excited to lead the technology vision that will take this entire platform to the next level.”

Egan will oversee the evolution of AdLarge and fwd.’s creator, video and monetization platforms. The acquisition, the company says, “supports AdLarge’s broader strategy, alongside the fwd. network, to invest aggressively in technology and AI-enabled innovation that unlocks new revenue streams, improves scalability, and delivers smarter, more efficient experiences for creators and advertisers across podcasting, audio and video.”
