The second I walked through the door, I could smell warm dough, cinnamon and fresh coffee. Within minutes, I had an apron tied around my waist and manager Skyler Berry gave me a crash course in bakery life.

He showed me what it takes to shape sourdough bread, form delicious chocolate pumpkin chip loaves, and then finally, how to make an espresso (spoiler alert: I may have made a mess).

You can learn more about Great Harvest on their website, Facebook page and Instagram.
