A West Plains woman was seriously injured in an Ozark County crash Thursday afternoon. The 18-year-old woman was transported to Ozarks Health in West Plains for treatment.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) does not release the names of those involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.
According to the MSHP report, the crash happened when the woman’s vehicle ran off the roadway, struck a sign, a tree and then a utility pole before coming to rest, partially in the roadway.
The accident happened on U.S. Highway 160, west of Cloud Nine Ranch at 1:20 Thursday afternoon.
