manager of the jewelry department walked up to the counter and noticed a spinning case door had been pried open and empty boxes were on the bottom of the case.

When video footage was reviewed, both Miller and Tolliver were seen walking around the jewelry counter. Miller is seen multiple times squatting and spinning the jewelry case.

The two walk away and then return with a cart containing a dog bed. Miller squats down and appears to use the cart to block his activity around the jewelry case while Tolliver walks around the jewelry counter. Once Miller stands up, they leave the cart and exit the store, passing all points of sale.

The duo is accused of stealing seven pairs of 10 karat earrings valued at $1,646.

Both Miller and Tolliver are charged with felony counts of commercial burglary and organized retail theft between $1,000 and $5,000 and a misdemeanor count of unlawful removal of a theft detection device. Bond for each is set at $5,000. Both are parolees assigned to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

PREVIOUS ARRESTS

Tolliver has two previous felony arrests in Baxter County while Miller has one.
