New video appears to show ICE agent’s cell phone video of fatal Minneapolis shooting

A new video obtained by ABC News appears to show footage from ICE agent Jonathan Ross’ cell phone.

The video shows the agent approaching Good’s SUV.

“That’s fine, dude. I’m not mad at you,” she tells the agent. It’s not immediately clear what she is responding to.

As Ross gets video of Good’s license plate, a female bystander, identified in other videos as Good’s wife, is heard saying, “That’s OK, we don’t change our plates every morning, just so you know. It’ll be the same plate when you come talk to us later.” — seemingly implying that ICE agents do. She also states that she is a U.S. citizen and a “former f***ing veteran.”

As Ross walks away, Good’s wife follows and says, “You wanna come at us? You wanna come at us? I said go get yourself some lunch, big boy.”

At this point, another agent is seen ordering Good out of her SUV. Good’s wife is seen trying to get into the SUV, but the door is locked. She tells Good to “Drive!”

Good backs the SUV up and we see her hands turning the steering wheel.

An agent, possibly Ross, is heard yelling “Whoa!” before several gunshots are heard. The video shifts toward Ross’ body and the homes behind him before showing the SUV driving off after the shooting.

The agent was also heard calling someone, possibly Good, a “f***ing b****” as the vehicle drove off.
