A 34-year-old Forest Lake man has been federally indicted and charged with four counts of production of child pornography, two counts of attempted production of child pornography, one count of receipt of child pornography and five counts of cyberstalking, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota said.
Damien William Quinn, also known as Ryan William Shattuck, had various Snapchat and Instagram accounts under different names and used them to catfish minors to get sexually explicit photos and videos, the press release says.
He also cyberstalked women who went to North Branch High School with him, claiming to have explicit photos of them, the attorney’s office says.
So far, law enforcement knows of 11 victims, six of whom were minors.
They also believe there are more victims. If you or someone you know attended North Branch High School and interacted with suspicious online behavior from a known or unknown account, contact the FBI at 1-800-225-5324.
