HAZLETON – The Hazleton Area School District approved buying a trucking company’s building not far from the central campus last week.
Thursday, the school board voted to buy the Franzosa Trucking Co. building and parking lots for $650,000.
The building, at 1037 Peace Street about a block from the Hazleton Area transportation building, is expected to replace it.
