House fire in Dayton
A house in Dayton is a complete loss after a fire on Wednesday morning.
Dayton fire crews responded to a home on the 13300 block of 133rd Avenue North around 11:20 a.m., according to a press release from the Dayton Fire Department.
Firefighters began extinguishing flames, but nine neighboring departments were called in to help due to the limited water supply in the area, Dayton fire officials said.
Two people were rescued from the home. One of them was brought to the hospital — their condition is not known at this time.
The fire extensively damaged the home, Dayton fire officials said, adding the home was a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
