Creamsource Taps Markus Zeiler As Group Managing Director

Creamsource, a provider of high-power LED lighting systems for film and television, has added Markus Zeiler as group managing director. He joins as the company expands into new markets, deepens its R&D efforts, and develops the next generation of tools shaped by the needs of filmmakers, partners, and production teams.

Since 2005, Creamsource has been guided by its founders, Tama Berkeljon and Sasha Marks. Their long-term vision centers on innovation, new product lines and responding to what the community is asking for. With Zeiler stepping into operational leadership, Berkeljon and Marks gain more dedicated space to stay immersed in the pipeline of new technologies and tools. Zeiler’s role stretches across everything required to bring a product from development into the world, giving the founders the freedom to stay focused on future innovation.

Zeiler’s experience spans LED development and lighting leadership at ARRI, as well as business growth and expansion at MBS Europe. He has overseen product and operations teams, led major global initiatives, and helped drive the worldwide adoption of LED lighting in film and television. His combination of operational discipline, technical fluency, and industry insight strengthens the foundation around Creamsource’s growing roadmap, enabling the company to scale with intention while staying grounded in the craft.
