NCL vows more passenger trips, defers payments to PortMiami

Norwegian Cruise Line is guaranteeing PortMiami 3.23 million added passenger trips yearly for 10 years and investing an extra $12 million in port parking in a deal the county OK’d amid a backdrop of concern about how to fuel cruise ships in years ahead.
