At the event, the company showcased the Arcade Box, a reflex-based game featuring a live leaderboard, and the Social Mirror, a photo experience that printed physical and social-media-ready images on-site. Johannes also developed the Travel Booth AI for Mondadori Social TV, which generated custom AI-enhanced portraits, and a quiz-based Travel Booth for RCS Media Group that engaged participants through interactive challenges. According to the company, these projects collectively produced over 1,000 photos and more than 150 recorded game plays. The initiatives illustrate Johannes’s continued focus on using AI and interactive media to enhance event participation and brand engagement.

Founder Vittorio Castelli leads the team in blending creative technology with measurable engagement

Vittorio Castelli serves as the CEO and founder of Johannes Experiential Technology. As shared on LinkedIn, Vittorio co-founded the company in 2015 and has overseen its growth from a digital events workshop to a multidisciplinary experiential technology firm. In a July 2025 statement on Johannes.Pics, Vittorio said the company’s work on the Smart Sampling Machine originated from his reflection on traditional sampling methods and the need to make them more interactive and data-informed.
