The system’s advanced project accounting, flexible reporting, and robust stock management features are designed to provide the support a growing business needs to stay efficient, organised, and ready for the future.

Cybage Software

Cybage Software has helped digitally transform a renowned gifting and floral enterprise, offering a diverse range of products for personal and occasion-based celebrations. The firm developed a future-ready microservices-based eCommerce solution. With a configuration-driven approach, Cybage developed a unified product catalogue and centralised order management across geographies.

It uses a custom fulfilment algorithm for real-time shipment allocation. It also automated key processes for pricing, promotions, workflows, and communications using BPMN frameworks for agility, efficiency, and faster decision-making.

The results were significant, with the organisation seeing outcomes such as:

  • 99% uptime and zero downtime, achieved through cloud-native DevOps practices and a robust CI/CD model, have ensured uninterrupted business continuity.
  • <100ms response time and <3s page load time, powered by optimised AWS cloud services, have enhanced operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • 40K concurrent users and 500K peak page views, supported via a scalable Kubernetes-based architecture, have achieved high performance and reliability.
  • Faster releases and improved time-to-market through expert DevOps consulting have accelerated feature delivery and innovation cycles.
  • Higher sales and market reach driven by an omnichannel e-commerce platform built on AWS consulting services.

Infor

Frontier Co-op, a Nordic leader in natural and organic food and aromatherapy products, turned to Infor Enterprise Performance Management to solve its financial reporting and budgeting challenges.

Josh Vogeler, Chief Financial Officer, commented, “Infor EPM has completely transformed our financial operations. Reporting that once took days now happens in seconds, empowering faster, more confident decision-making across the organisation. For the first time in our history, we completed our budget on time, unlocking opportunities to focus on strategic areas that drive real business results.”

Frontier Co-op implemented Infor EPM as an integrated solution with its existing CloudSuite Food and Beverage ERP system. Data flows seamlessly from the transactional ERP systems into EPM, giving leaders immediate visibility into performance. The financial reporting system is now synchronised and automated. It has given the finance team full control over their data and self-service reporting, eliminating reliance on IT.

In just a few clicks, the finance team can generate reports with drill-down capabilities and analyse results at a more granular level across four dimensions using EPM’s native ad hoc capabilities or an Excel add-on.

The transformation brought by Infor EPM was immediate and substantial:

  • Efficiency: 32 hours/month saved (16 hours in IT, 16 hours in Finance).
  • Agility in decision-making: 95+% faster reporting time with drill down (from 2 days to seconds).
  • Accuracy/trust: 0 reporting errors (1–3 errors per month previously).
  • Better insights: 4 dimensions (3 dimensions prior).
  • Maximising return on investment (ROI): 95% adoption in the first month of deployment.

Planful

Igloo Products turned to Planful to address the financial planning challenges it faced as it grew. Igloo designs, manufactures, and distributes coolers, drinkware, and outdoor lifestyle gear. As the firm grew, budgeting and forecasting across hundreds of cost centres using spreadsheets and legacy tools led to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and an increasing reliance on IT.

Initially, the team tried OneStream. However, it found that the solution couldn’t support their budgeting needs, lacked user flexibility, and created a heavy reliance on IT for even the simplest tasks. Instead of simplifying planning, OneStream created more roadblocks. It slowed down reporting, reducing visibility, and limiting Finance’s ability to operate independently.

Igloo first implemented Planful to support consolidations, then quickly expanded to workforce planning, and customer product profitability modelling. Today, Planful supports collaboration across Finance, HR, and business operations. It automates workflows for Igloo, centralised financial data, and equips 40+ users to collaborate in real time, enabling faster, controlled, and more connected planning.

Anitha Ramaraj, Manager of FP&A, commented, “Planful has been like a single source of truth. It automated the whole budget process for us and reduced the time to build the budget. We have more buy-in from users, and the users feel more engaged with the platform.

“Planful gives us peace of mind. It truly is a collaboration between functional users and Finance, making Finance a team sport. Before Planful, we had hundreds of spreadsheets. Now we have more time to develop more meaningful reporting. It has turned our team from being reactive to proactive.”

Zoho

Techtron Global Service, an advanced Zoho implementation partner, has surpassed 300 Zoho Implementations, cementing its status as a leader in digital transformation. This achievement highlights Techtron’s rapid growth and deep expertise in leveraging the Zoho suite to streamline operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive digital transformation across diverse industries. It achieved this only four months after passing the 250 client landmark.

J Simon Mathew, Founder & CEO of Techtron Global Services, said, “Reaching 300 implementations is not just a number. It represents 300 businesses that have modernised their workflows and embraced a more efficient way of working. Our journey from our first deployment to our 300th has been fueled by a commitment to understanding distinct business needs and translating them into technical reality.”
