County would get $1.1 million yearly in Seaquarium site lease

Miami-Dade County would lease the Miami Seaquarium land on Rickenbacker Causeway to prominent developer David Martin for 99 years and collect both rent and a share of gross revenues in the deal, according to a lease assignment action due for a county vote Dec. 2.
