Rockford committee delays decision on new Perryville McDonald’s

The City of Rockford’s Code and Regulation Committee voted Monday night to postpone a decision on a proposed McDonald’s restaurant at 1869 North Perryville Road, following a lengthy discussion over site design and aesthetics.
