3 teens brought to the hospital after crashing stolen vehicle in Minneapolis

Three teenagers in a stolen vehicle were injured after crashing in Minneapolis on Friday night.

The Minneapolis Police Department says officers responded to a crash involving a Honda Odyssey at around 8:34 p.m.

Law enforcement states that the Odyssey, discovered to be a stolen vehicle, was going west on 60th Street East near Bloomington Avenue when it left the road and hit a light pole.

The 17-year-old girl driving was extricated from the car and brought to the hospital. Police add that two other passengers, a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, were also brought to the hospital.

The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.

Minneapolis police are investigating the crash.
