‘Extremely high’ levels of cyanotoxins found in Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge

Oregon health officials issued a warning for dog owners and hunters on Monday after “extremely high” levels of microcystin were found in the Barnes Unit of the Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge.
