Rockford hospitals see mixed results in latest Leapfrog safety grades
The Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grades show a mix of improvement and decline for Rockford-area hospitals, with Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital earning its fifth consecutive “A” grade and OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital, and Javon Bea Mercyhealth – Rockton receiving B, C, and D grades, respectively.
