Residents in Fruit Heights concerned over lack of warning signs, fencing near power pole where 16-year-old was electrocuted

An apparent water main break has flooded the street in front of the power pole where a 16-year-old was electrocuted Monday night. Reportedly, crews were working in the area prior to the break.
