South Carolina Supreme Court finds lawmaker pay raise unconstitutional

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCBD) – A provision in the state budget that would have seen lawmakers’ in-district compensation more than double was struck down by the South Carolina Supreme Court on Wednesday.
