Road work underway in Gassville’s Arkansas Estates

Road work is now underway in the Arkansas Estates subdivision of Gassville, affecting Jeffrey Court, Magness Drive, and Sherman Street. Crews began milling work on Monday, with paving to follow once temperatures allow.

City officials say contractors began the project earlier than planned while waiting on suitable weather conditions to complete another paving job in a nearby city. There is currently no firm completion date, but the goal is to finish the work by the end of the month.

Residents are advised to use alternate routes when possible and to watch for signage, equipment, and crews working in the area.
