A St. Paul man was killed in an overnight crash on the eastbound I-94 ramp onto Dale Street, according to an incident report from the Minnesota State Patrol.
Authorities say a 22-year-old man was speeding in a Tesla just before 3 a.m. and exited onto Dale Street, hitting a Toyota RAV4 that was in the intersection.
The driver of the Toyota, 31-year-old Benjamin Michael Villano, was brought to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver and passenger of the Tesla were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
