WEST PORTSMOUTH, OHIO (WOWK) – One man has died following a crash in West Portsmouth Saturday morning.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 35-year-old Justin Steele of Portsmouth was travelling on Stoney Run at around 7:00 a.m. Saturday when he left the roadway and overturned into a creek. Steele was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
