
During the registration process, McKenna stated he was residing at a mobile home on Country Life Place in Midway. As part of the verification process, Deputy Anderson went to that address multiple times in an attempt to confirm McKenna’s address of residency. Deputy Anderson was unable to locate McKenna there. The residence appeared to be abandoned with no utility services.
Friday, Brennan McKenna was found at an address in Parkway Acres and arrested for failure to comply for providing false residence information. His excuse was that he did not understand the rules, although he had read them and acknowledged he understood and initialed them.
Brennan McKenna was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on one felony charge of Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements. He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond and will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 17th.
