Vallejo man arrested on child porn charges

(KRON) — A man from Vallejo was arrested Wednesday on child pornography charges, according to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested 24-year-old Damon Booker while serving a search warrant at his home on the 700 block of Sereno Drive in Vallejo. During the search, investigators allegedly seized a computer used to collect and distribute child porn.

Booked was booked into the Solano County Jail on charges of possession and distribution of child porn. He was held on $33,333 bail.

“The Solano County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to protecting the most vulnerable members of our community and will continue to aggressively pursue those who exploit children through the creation, possession, or distribution of child sexual abuse material,” the shierff’s office said.
