TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Topeka Police Department is at the scene of a three-vehicle crash in the Oakland area.
Around 7:50 a.m., the TPD was called to the intersection of Northeast Seward Avenue and Northeast Forest Avenue for reports of a crash.
A TPD watch commander says three vehicles were involved in a crash.
Kandrive reports traffic disruptions at the intersection.
