Carmel police searching for missing 13-year-old girl

CARMEL, Ind. — Police in Carmel are asking the public for help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl.

The Carmel Police Department is searching for Hayat Taylor Secen, described as a 13-year-old girl who was reportedly last seen around Clay Middle School. Police did not say when Secen was last seen.

CPD described Secen as a 5’2″, 100-pound girl with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was reportedly last seen wearing a brown sweatshirt, jeans and a checkered backpack. A photo of Secen, provided by police, can be seen below:

Anyone with information on Secen’s whereabouts is being asked to immediately call 911 or Carmel police at (317) 571-2580. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-TIPS.
